The travel visa is sent to the applicant via email, meaning there is no need to queue for a visa at border control upon arrival in Thailand.
At present, the electronic visa is not available, although a standard visa can still be requested. The new Thai eVisa system will be available in 2019.

- The eVisa is sent and received via email, so applicants should ensure that they have given a valid and correct email address on the visa application form.
